Need to return or exchange your purchase?
If you receive a product that does not meet your expectations or you feel is not as represented on our site, please feel free to return it within 30 days from the date the item was shipped.

All items returned must agree with the River Sports Outfitters guidelines below.  River Sports Outfitters has the right to refuse returns/exchanges that do not comply with these guidelines:

  • - All sale/clearance items are considered final sale at the time of purchase.  This includes all items purchased at 30% off or more from original retail value.
  • - Items must have tags attached and be in unused, unworn, and unwashed condition.
  • -Shoe Boxes and any manufacturer packaging must be in unmarked, undamaged, original condition.
  • - For your safety (and those to follow), these items are non-returnable: Climbing gear (excluding helmets and shoes) and underwear.
  • - Footwear should be fit tested indoor only.  If returned, it should be returned in packaging suitable for shipping.
  • - All items returned will be credited back to the original credit card used for the purchase.  All items received as a gift will be provided with a merchandise credit.
  • - Customer will be charged the full retail value of any "Free with Purchase" promotional items not returned with the originally purchased item(s).

River Sports Outfitters will gladly issue exchanges or refunds for any merchandise that is purchased from our site within 30 days from the date the item was shipped. This does not, however, include sale or clearance priced items. All sale/clearance items are considered final sale at the time of purchase. If you receive a product that does not meet your expectations or you feel is not as represented on our site, please feel free to return it within the specified 30 day period.
