Pilot SAR Knife: A Reliable Tool for Rescue Professionals
Designed specifically for swiftwater and technical rescue operations, the Pilot SAR Knife is an essential tool for emergency responders. Its robust construction and specialized features make it ideal for high-pressure situations.
The knife features a partially serrated blade with reverse scallop serrations, enabling precise cutting of ropes, seatbelts, and webbing. The blunt tip minimizes the risk of accidental punctures, a crucial factor when working in close quarters.
With a tungsten carbide glass-breaking tip integrated into the handle, the knife provides quick access in vehicle emergencies or confined spaces. The Thumbs Up Sheath allows for fast, one-handed access, locking the knife securely and releasing it instantly with a thumb motion.
- Compatible with PFD lash tabs for secure, low-profile carry
- Integrated oxygen valve wrench for added utility
- All-weather G10 handle for secure grip in wet or gloved conditions
- Asymmetrical handle shape for improved blade orientation
