To make a return please follow these steps:
- Fill out the Return Form included in your original packaging. If you no longer have it, please include a note with your Name, Phone Number, and what you would like us to do.
- Repackage the items you need to return or exchange.
- Ship the package back to us to the address below. We recommend using a trackable and insured carrier. We are not responsible for items that do not arrive or arrive damaged.

We process most returns the same day we receive them. After processing, we will mail you a receipt.
Please make every effort to include all tags and packaging with your returned items. Please do not ship shoes in their display box. If asking for an exchange, please specify exactly what you would like us to send back to you. River Sports Outfitters is not responsible for product lost or damaged in transit back to us. Free Two Day Shipping - On qualifying orders over $50
Second business day delivery Monday thru Friday
Continental U.S. only (lower 48). Oversized, heavy items do not qualify.
P.O. Boxes/APO addresses are not eligible
Items are available for pickup at our 2918 Sutherland Ave location. At the time of pickup, you must provide a government issued ID matching the pickup name on the order, as well as a copy of your confirmation email. It is recommended that you forward your confirmation email to whomever you choose to pickup your order if you decide not to pick it up.
Items that are bulky and/or heavy might have additional shipping charges assigned to them and do not qualify for free shipping. Most items are labeled as such on their product pages on the web site. If not, we will call you once we have received the order to let you know what the additional shipping charge will be.
GENERAL SHIPPING INFORMATION:
- Most orders will ship within 24 hours of placing the order.
- We ship Monday through Friday at approximately 1 PM Eastern Standard Time.
- If you order online, we will send you follow-up messages to keep you up to date on the status of your order. To make sure we are able to deliver status information, please provide us with an accurate e-mail address during the checkout process.
- Please keep in mind that if you receive a shipping notice via e-mail after 1 PM or on the weekend, your package may ship the following business day.
NOTE: Package tracking is not available until package is picked up by the shipper and entered into their tracking system.

Canoes, kayaks and SUPs do not qualify for free shipping.
We are obligate by our vendors to charge for shipping. We will contact you after your order is placed to discuss shipping charges. Please feel free to contact us prior to placing your order to get a rate quote.
