Mocean Ranger: A Versatile Day Touring Kayak
The Mocean Ranger is a nimble and lightweight 14’6” kayak designed for day touring, perfectly straddling the line between recreational and sea kayaking. Its stable design is welcoming for newer paddlers, while experienced kayakers will appreciate its efficiency and responsiveness.
The hull features a moderate V shape with a rounded chine forward, transitioning to a harder chine aft. This design ensures excellent primary and secondary stability, smooth tracking, and easy edging, allowing for confident and controlled turns in diverse conditions.
The Ranger’s open cockpit offers minimal thigh braces for improved control without compromising on comfort during entry and exit. This makes it ideal for relaxed day paddles, while the longer waterline enhances efficiency for longer distances or open water adventures.
- Perimeter deck lines and dual bulkheads for safety and storage
- Deck bungees and retractable carry handles for convenience

- Includes a convenient 6” forward day hatch for easy access to essentials
Delivery is by pallet at a minimum of $70. If ordering before 2pm we can delivery next day for $50 otherwise orders are 3-5 working days.
